Ontario Early Years Centre’s

The Ontario Early Years Centres located all across Toronto is a free government-run program offering daily activities for mommies and infants.
Check here for a location near you.

Keep in mind that even if the centre is far away from you, they may have other locations in your neighborhood that offer classes or drop-in programs throughout the week.
All drop-in programs, workshops, and classes are FREE for everyone.
To get started: find your nearest location, go to their main site to get your family number and download their schedule. Classes require pre-registration and the spots fill up very quickly.

Best Summer Spots In Toronto

Beautiful gardens to visit for free during the spring and the summertime. Most of the trails accessible for strollers and bikes. It is the perfect spot to visit with a baby and toddlers.

Visit Toronto Islands

Take a ferry and have a nice and quiet day at the Toronto Islands. Toronto Islands are a full day trip and required some planning. The Islands offers lots of trails, and activities. I love this place for walk with s stroller and small kids. The Islands are cars-free and and safe for kids to run around.

Click here for more information in the City of Toronto website. Lots of parks and trails in Toronto. There are many beautiful places to visit. Many of the parks accessible with public transit. I love the hurbourfront area, High Park, the beaches, the Beltline, Earl Bales Park to name a few. My best advice check the link and find out places that are close by. Strat explore parks and trails that are near by and than expend your area.

Mommy Connections is a community of new moms and offers programs for moms and babies (newborn to toddler).
In Toronto, there are 3 locations: Midtown, West, and East.
They offer 8-week programs, each week with a different demo class or activity, such as Postnatal fitness, music session, baby nutrition, baby sleeping, and more.
