Thanksgiving in Toronto 2018

Thanksgiving will be celebrated in Canada on Monday, October 8.  It will be a long weekend, so a day off for all. 
 
In this list, you will find all Thanksgiving 2018 events in Toronto and the GTA area you can do with your kids during Thanksgiving long weekend 2018: Oct 6, Oct 7 & Oct 8, 2018.
 

Thanksgiving in Toronto 2018: Things to do

1. Harvest Festival at Springridge Farm

When: Weekends beginning Saturday, September 22 to Sunday, October 28, including Thanksgiving Monday, 10am-4pm

Where: 7256 Bell School Line. Milton, Ontario L9E 0N7

Admission:  $13.00 from age 2.

2. Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest Thanksgiving Day Parade

When: Monday, October 8, 2018

Where: Weber & Frederick Street Kitchener, it is about 1.5-2 hours drive from Toronto.

Admission: Free

3. Fall fun festival at Brooks Fram

For over a decade, Brooks Farms hosts an awesome Fall Fun Festival that gets bigger and better every year.
I was there last year and it was amazing, lots of things to do for all ages.

When: Open Weekends: September 8th – October 28, 2018 Hours: 9 am – 5 pm.
We are open Thanksgiving Monday – which is typically our busiest day of the year (weather permitting)

Where: 122  Ashworth Road, Mount Albert.

Admission: $13.27 + HST = $15.00 / person (Ages 2 – 92 years)

4. Toronto Pumpkinfest- Downsview Park & Richmond Hill

Toronto Pumpkinfest is back at Downsview Park for three days of Thanksgiving weekend fun.
Fall is here and that means beautiful colours, pumpkin spiced everything and best of all, pumpkinfest!

When:  October 6-8, 2018

2 Locations:
Downsview Park, 35 Carl Hall Road Toronto (Outdoor Grass Field)
Richmond Green Sports Centre, 1300 Elgin Mills Road East – Richmond Hill (Outdoor Grass Field)

Admission:  Kids for $25, Adults for $8. Admission includes free rides and Free Parking

5. Kidapalooza Family Festival

The event will feature Kidapalooza’s signature activity stations, interactive inflatables, mechanical rides, stage shows, a Video Gaming RV, rock climbing, PUMPKIN PATCH, special guest appearances, plus so much more!

When:  October 6-8, 2018, 10 AM- 6PM

Where: Markham Fair Grounds, 10801 McCowan Road, Markham, ON

Admission: Kids for $25 (ages 2+), Adults for $8. Admission includes free rides and Free Parking

6. Woodbridge Fall Fair

Exotic Car Show, Exhibits & Competitions, Midway Rides, Games, Horse and Wagon Ride, Live Entertainment, Kids zone, Petting zoo, Pioneer area, Great Food, Fun & Free parking.

When:  October 6-8, 2018. Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. Monday, 10 am to 5 pm

Where: Woodbridge Fair Grounds. 100 Porter Avenue, Woodbridge ON

Admission:  Kids 5 and under for FREE, Students ages 6-14 for $5.00, Adults for $10.00.
Weekend Family Pass for $35.00
