Mom & Baby Programs and Activities
When I started my Maternity leave, I was quite new to Toronto. For this reason, it was really hard for me to find out about all the Mom and Baby programs and activities this city has to offer for a new moms.
I googled a lot regarding Mom & Baby activities or Baby and Me class but I didn’t find much.
I think my LO’ was almost 10 months old when I learned about the Ontario Early years center and I wish I knew about that before.
Today, I know that Toronto offers many programs for parents and babies. From Mom and Baby fitness classes, workouts, Yoga classes, meeting for new moms, art, movies and so much more.
I listed here all the programs that I tried by myself or programs that have been recommended to me by other moms. Also, added some ideas for things to do with your baby in Toronto.
I hope you will find it useful. If you find any other Mom and Baby program or activity for Maternity leave, please comment below or send a message here.
